Using the Precision 5858 turbo with other options available by request/email. Ceramic coating on the manifold, dump tube and we thermal wrap the downpipe.
What is needed? FMIC, intake, tune, spark plugs, cat back exhaust, and make sure the clutch can support the power output.
On stock engines, we will run around 350 to 360 WHP at 7500 RPM, on built engines (we have 600 and 1000 + HP builds) expect to max out the 5858 turbo around 500 to 550 WHP.
There are several recommendations that you should get:
WMI
Upgraded fuel pump (in tank)
Upgraded fuel line (tank to HPFP)
Head studs with 4 layer gasket
We are working on a big turbo install video but, this is not for the faint of heart. You must have a very advanced understanding in mechanics to install this kit and a good assortment of tools.
Tork Motorsports doesn't think you should have to sacrifice driveability or economy with your big power 1.6T application, so... don't. This kit has proven time and time again that it can get low 40's for MPG and still delivery great driveability/manners.
We only use the best products for our builds, so expect to see stainless steel used through out, back purged welds for the exhaust manfiold, grade 10 or higher hardware for mounting, TurboSmart products use throughout for standardized upgrades/replacements.

NOTE: This will work on the 1.6 turbo engines from 2012 to 2023. These will not work for the Smart Stream applications and for those 1.6 applications that have the hotside intercooler pipe that comes over the top of the engine (Optima, Sonata, Tucson, etc.)
