2 years of development and countless check valve testing, brought us a great solution for addressing (once and for all) the oil burning issues that the 3.3TT engine suffer from.
Its simple, effective but costly. High quality valves that have VITON seals, and extremely low crack pressures are far and few between. We actually had to request that a different spring be used for these valves, and the supplier was gracious enough to do this for us.

We have tested several cars now, all with sever oil burning on light sustained throttle and off throttle low speed coast down. This has 100% fixed that issue.
If you have oil burning happening at different times, this valve may not fix that issue. So let me repeat what this addresses:
Low RPM sustained throttle, or low speed coast down oil burning. Some catless cars will burn oil at idle, this will fix that also.
Last... before people start to complain about the cost of this valve. These cost $62.00 each, fittings are another $7.00, hose is $2.00, filter is another $7.40, and the bracket we make in-house so figure $14.00 to $15.00. I am literally breaking even on these if I do them in small batches. The idea was to get 100 of them ordered, save some money and pass that savings on to you while making a little profit.
