Shipping policy
We currently use the United States Postal Service Parcel Post for most orders. Shipping can take up to two (2) weeks depending on the package but most will only take three (3) to five (5) days. Packages may be delivered on Saturdays. If any products are damaged during shipping, the customer has three (3) days from the time the package is received to contact us to discuss the possibility of replacements or refunds. Orders on in stock items received by 1:00 PM Pacific time zone are usually shipped the day they are received.
Tracking:Â We are happy to provide tracking numbers for your orders. Please be aware that the United States Postal Service tracking numbers do not show when a package is expected to arrive. The information provided by the United States Postal Service will only show where the package has been.
